Removed auto-loading D4DResources due to unexplained issues with loading order/priority. This file must once again be manually loaded. - D4D now requires dependency on MC_Utility-master.zip. See the readme in the main repository below the file listings. - Furthermore, in order to fix the special doom levels calling, this now requires at least GZDoom 3.8pre (devbuilds) or higher.

• Avoid using GitHub directly.
