Maybe it's proof that when you become interested in a subject it can consume you and you can't get enough information. Even ones that didn't use electronics in their compositions. This book is incredibly comprehensive. My cousin gave me this book when I visited him in the Netherlands where he was studying electric sound, and this book was used as a textbook, so maybe some people will find the content dry and academic. But it is definitely the first textbook I've ever read completely, cover to cover. If you are really into analog music synthesis, you'll have to read this book at some point. The reason i didn't give it more stars was because half of the book is a really dry history of computer music and pre-synth music. When that happens you learn about a bunch of white men playing with computers and or merely parts of a future synth.
